Terrible experience booking my first massage with soothe.com, but I'm so glad I didn't take the membership. The massage therapist showed up 45 mins late, forgot her mask, shut my room's door on my face saying she "needs to breathe" instead of politely asking a few minutes to set things up. Such a terrible service and I regret so much booking a massage through soothe on my birthday.
I was unwittingly signed up to a soothe.com subscription and after 12 months realised that I had had monthly instalments deducted from my credit card totalling more than $1,000. Before realising the company was legitimate my bank cancelled my card and investigated the withdrawals as fraudulent. Having realised the company was legitimate I then spoke with soothe who said that if the bank investigation was withdrawn they would refund me the full amount. After withdrawing the investigation soothe do not return my calls or emails, and will not refund me the amount. Completely fraudulent.

more expensive for the same thing - seems american focused rather than UK
I have tried booking twice and each time they have cancelled 10 minutes before my appointment with no explanation or compensation. Not a reliable service, should not be in business.

This company was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy that she did! Ruth is the most AMAZING massage therapist! It is always a special treat to have a service scheduled with Ruth - she is also a fabulous manicurist! I also go to Patricia for nail services and she is wonderful and meticulous! It is a relaxing atmosphere with very skilled professionals!! Highly recommend!!!
I recently Purchased SPAFINDER gift cards because Soothe said they excepted them on their website. Tried to book an appointment online but could not pay with gift card. Called customer service, they said I had to download and use the app. Tried this, It did not work either. Called customer service back. Was told it was a Spa Finder problem. Checked with Spa Finders no problem with cards both were valid. Called back customer service. After several minutes trying different ways to enter it they put me on hold. After returning to the line, the customer service agent informed me that they are not accepting Spa Finder cards. That's funny, its still on there website!!!! The only thing good was that the customer service rep. was polite
HORRIBLE Customer service and experience purchasing a gift card. I purchased a gift card to be emailed to me and it has been over 24hrs and I still haven't received the gift card. I reached out to customer service 3x and it was extremely painful to communicate with them and they failed to resolve the issue. It has been a massive time sink and I do not recommend this service in any capacity.
Worst experience and worst service !!! Four massages in a row was a no show or a problem. Company makes mistakes and doesn’t make up for it or fix it. So many better options. Don’t do it!!!! They still want to charge me for their mistakes.
Thank you for such attentive treatment of clients.
And you always try to organize everything at a convenient time for me.
I am happy about it.
Excellent, just great service - this is exactly what many such companies lack.

Horrible customer service. Still waiting for the “leadership team” to call me back.
Warm-up, strength, WOD, regen...recover and repeat. Seeing Austin is a must for crossfitters!
Thanks for converting me to trigger point massage and sharing some tips on taking care of my muscles.
